Every order ships with tracking. Here's where to find yours — and what to do if the parcel is taking longer than it should.
Your account
Every order and its tracking sits in your account, along with your subscription and past deliveries. Signing in is passwordless — we email you a link.
A couple of things worth knowing
- We pack and dispatch within one to two business days, so tracking won't exist for the first day or so after you order.
- A new tracking link can sit quiet for a day before the carrier starts scanning it. That's normal, and it doesn't mean the parcel is lost.
- If it's well past the estimate, or tracking hasn't moved in days, email hello@oatsritual.ca with your order number and we'll chase it.
